Injection Molding Engineer (Packaging)

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Injection Molding Engineer (Packaging) to join a growing team for a packaging manufacturer!

• Reporting to: Head of Operations
• Location: Perak

the role

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, manage spare parts inventory, and prepare annual maintenance budgets.
• Optimize production cycle times, troubleshoot machine breakdowns, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Train and develop technicians, assign tasks, and oversee team performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations, monitor process parameters, and work with machine manufacturers to resolve issues.
• Implement Kaizen principles to reduce cycle times, energy consumption, and improve overall efficiency.

the experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in injection molding machinery.
